T.W. Cooper Insurance has been a leading independent insurance agency serving Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and Delaware since 1977. This August, we launched our redesigned website to continue providing the best services and information possible.
The new TWCooperInsurance.com focuses on delivering a refreshed digital brand by engaging our customers in a more efficient way. The site is fully responsive to ensure visitors have a user-friendly experience across their desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
As an independent insurance agency, T.W. Cooper is free to choose the best carrier at the best price for their customers’ insurance needs. The website redesign reflects that and incorporates new features, such as easily accessed options to find quotes from T.W. We did it again! For the third consecutive year, T.W. Cooper Insurance was honored with the Erie Insurance Founders’ Award. This accolade recognizes success in the areas of profitability, applications and policy retention, and is a measure of quality agency performance in auto and property production and service to customers. The award was presented at a recent ceremony for Allentown-area Erie Insurance branches. In addition, we also were recognized as the district winner for Most Property and Casualty Applications Submitted and the branch winner for Highest Placed Premium for Life Insurance awards.
It takes an incredible team and wonderful clients for an insurance agency to garner these prestigious accolades year after year, for which we are very thankful.

T.W. Cooper Insurance Acquires The Independent Scott L. Fisher Insurance Agency in Lehighton, Carbon County PA
COOPERSBURG, PA—T.W. Cooper Insurance, an independent, multi-line insurance agency representing ERIE, seven other major insurance companies and large brokerage houses, has acquired another independent insurance firm, the Scott L. Fisher Insurance Agency, Lehighton, Pa.
Michael T. Smale, president of T.W. Cooper, said the acquisition presents another opportunity for Cooper to further expand north into eastern Pennsylvania. The Fisher agency, which also represents ERIE, Windsor Mutual, Progressive Insurance and Brethren Mutual, primarily serves more than 5,000 clients in Carbon, Schuylkill, Monroe, Northampton and Lehigh counties, as well as throughout Pennsylvania.
Tom Wilkinson, CIC and vice president of T.W. Cooper, said the Lehighton location will help serve the growing number of businesses, families and individuals T.W. Cooper insures with commercial and personal policies. T.W. Cooper writes in excess of $35 million in premiums annually throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.

T.W. Cooper Insurance Acquires the Roscoe P. Snyder Insurance Agency, Walnutport, Northampton County PA
COOPERSBURG, PA – T.W. Cooper Insurance, LLC acquires the Roscoe P. Snyder Insurance Agency from Walnutport, PA. The Snyder agency is a third generation Snyder Family owned agency. This acquisition helps T.W. Cooper Insurance broaden its service territory to areas north of Allentown. The Snyder Agency and T.W. Cooper, both large ERIE Insurance writers, are strategically aligned allowing for a seamless transition for policyholders. With the exception of Roxanne Snyder, all current employees will be retained.
